Returns & Exchanges

At FramesLuxx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your new frames aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the protective case and cleaning cloth included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order number you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the eyewear in its original hard case and use the original shipping box to ensure the frames are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
